Responsibilities:

Streamline company materials and campaigns to
ensure a consistent and concise message

Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and
advertising campaigns that are effective and timely

Develop new community events and all signage to
encourage and entice potential buyers

Manage website design, content, SEO development
and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant

Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and
other social media posts and respond to followers

Support the company and agent by tracking
incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to
help ensure company growth

Plan and organize all team events, take photos,
and then market on social media

Conduct market research to identify new
opportunities and understand current market trends. This can help in tailoring
marketing campaigns more effectively.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, including the
creation of newsletters, drip campaigns, and client engagement sequences.

Foster relationships with local businesses,
community groups, and other stakeholders to create co-marketing opportunities.

Monitor and manage the company's online
reputation, responding to reviews and feedback on platforms like Google, Yelp,
and Zillow.

Set, monitor, and manage the marketing budget,
ensuring maximum ROI.

Stay updated with the latest trends in the real
estate market, as well as advancements in digital marketing tools and
platforms.

Organize and conduct training sessions for
agents on best marketing practices, the use of new marketing tools, and the
importance of personal branding.

Develop and maintain a repository of marketing
materials that agents can easily access and customize as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Marketing or equivalent work
experience required

2+ years of experience in Marketing

Must possess excellent communication skills and
have a positive, upbeat attitude

suggestions
