Margaret is a seasoned real estate agent with 30 years of experience - 11 of those years with The McCarty Group. She has assisted over 500 clients with their homes (and even more if you count those before coming to The McCarty Group!). Her extensive real estate experience allows her to pinpoint her client’s must-haves, find their ideal home, and guide them with ease through the homebuying process. Outside of working hours, Margaret enjoys spending time with her husband of 27 years and their 2 sons that currently attend the University of South Carolina. Margaret is known for being a fantastic cook and her son’s friends love to come over on the weekends to enjoy her cooking.

Margaret is a member and a past president of the Junior League of Bakersfield. She has a passion for philanthropy and loves volunteering in her community. Margaret was instrumental in The McCarty Group’s volunteer involvement with the Beautiful Bakersfield project where they have committed to maintain the cleanliness of a stretch of road in Bakersfield.
